Accessibility

Everyone gets a first six months, so the check-in must work for everyone. Accolgo aims for WCAG 2.2 AA across the product, which exceeds the WCAG 2.0 Level AA that Ontario’s Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) sets as its information and communications standard.

  • Every check-in question is a labelled fieldset with real radio controls, operable by keyboard alone.
  • Replies are words, not colours or numbers; signals carry text labels alongside any colour.
  • Text sizes and contrast follow the design system’s accessible palette.
  • No time limits: a check-in link stays valid for fourteen days.
